Youth and Family Renewal Services provides psychosocial rehabilitative services to children and adults with mental health issues.

Serving People with medical stress and/or psychiatric disorders. We can help with depression and anxiety that may plague us briefly or chronically. Please remember that all suicidal comments or behaviors need immediate assistance and should be taken seriously. There IS help and many strategies available for overcoming these difficulties.

The counseling clinic helps with the anxieties and depression that are not a normal part of aging.

Irritability, nervousness, restlessness or a sense of emptiness should never be ongoing. Everyone gets pangs of these types of feelings. However, when they persist we can help. If you persist with thoughts or feelings that life isn't worth living anymore, that you feel you can't leave home, a sense of worthlessness or no purpose - seek a counselor or talk to your doctor. Help is always available.
The senior years ARE the Golden Years. So please talk to you doctor or call us if you are not sleeping or you feel tired or sluggish. If you are sleeping most of day or if you have chronic pain, headaches, stomach aches, or you find you are increasingly fearful or worried your doctor is there for you and so are we.
